§ 16-42. Parking commercial vehicles in residential neighborhood; penalty.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful to park a commercial vehicle weighing more than 4,000 pounds in any residential neighborhood.

    (b)

    Any person who violates this section of this article or any provision subject to a fine of which a specific penalty is not stated shall be fined $20.00 per violation. The failure of such person to pay such fine to the town treasurer within five business days of the attachment of the notice to the vehicle shall render such person liable for $40.00 for each offense.
