§ 16-93. Levied annually.

Under the authority of Code of Virginia, § 46.2-752 et seq., there is hereby levied an annual license fee upon motor vehicles (collectively, for purposes of this chapter) as hereinafter set forth. The license fee imposed by this article shall be in addition to any other town taxes or fees, including personal property taxes.
