§ 22-1. Awnings, signs and fixtures.
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or construct any awning, sign or other fixture in the town in such a manner as to impede or in any way obstruct the free passage over and along the streets, sidewalks or alleys. No awning, sign or fixture shall be constructed or allowed less than seven feet above the sidewalks, or less than 25 feet above the streets or alleys. Each day such awning, sign or fixture shall remain after receipt of notice to remove same shall constitute a separate offense.
