Chapter 22. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES

§ 22-2. Porches over sidewalks, etc.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or erect any porch over the sidewalks, streets or alleys of the town. Any violation of this section shall be punished as provided by section 1-10. Each day such porch shall remain after receipt of notice to remove same shall constitute a separate offense.
